Safety First, Smiles Always ✅

We know parents want peace of mind as much as kids want to bounce. Every GJD Leisure castle is PIPA tested, regularly inspected and maintained to strict safety routines. Our equipment is cleaned, checked and stored properly between hires. Trained staff handle delivery and setup, secure anchoring and give clear safety briefings, so you can relax — or at least supervise in comfort while the kids wear out their energy! It is also important to keep in mind we are grass only (it must be real grass in order for us to anchor down safely) using at least 380mm x 19mm stakes. We will not under any circumstances set up on artificial grass. Windspeed safety is also our top priority - in accordance with the health and safety executive (HSE) regulations inflatable can not be used in wind-speeds or gusts of 24mph (38km/h) or higher. We use professional anemometer to monitor local conditions, if windspeed reach these limits the inflatable must be safely evacuated and immediately deflated. If the forecast predicts high winds we will contact you to discuss options, which may include rescheduling to another day where the wind is not a factor.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Guest Safety & Supervision

A responsible adult must provide constant supervision at all times to prevent injure please ensure`:
Users are grouped by smaller sizes and ages
Total user number should never exceed the maximum manufactures limit
All shoes, glasses, jewellery and sharp objects should be removed before entry
No climbing or lying on the walls, No somersaults, or rough play
